At 146 lb with 19-inch wheels (70/100-19 front, 80/100-19 rear), they're easy to move and display on the showroom floor. With no combustion engine, maintenance is limited to chain, tires, brakes, and an electrical check. Every unit is track-tested before it ships, with tip-over and kickstand motor cutoffs.

What's the minimum order (MOQ)?

The minimum order varies by model and is confirmed at the time of quoting. We accept mixed containers, so you can combine several SKUs in a single shipment.

How long do production and shipping take?

Standard production takes about 45 days from deposit and final design approval. Sea freight adds roughly 30–40 days depending on the route and port.

Can I sell the bikes under my own brand?

Yes. OEM customization is part of the distributor program: logo, colors, decals, and design elements with your brand identity, subject to the model's minimum order.

What battery do they use, and how long does charging take?

We use lithium packs with Samsung cells (60 V or 72 V depending on model), with IP67-rated battery and controller. A full charge takes between 4 and 6 hours with the included 110/220 V AC charger.

What documentation do you provide for importing?

We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin, plus the lithium-battery transport documentation (UN38.3 and MSDS) required at customs.

What warranty do wholesale orders carry?

The warranty covers the key components: motor and battery, with spare parts and technical support from the factory. Exact terms by model and volume are confirmed in your quote.

Can I order a sample before the container?

Yes — you can request a sample before your first container. The cost and terms are set at the time of quoting and are usually deducted from the first order. Ask your account manager.

What maintenance does it need compared to a gas model?

With no combustion engine, maintenance is limited to chain, tires, brakes, and an electrical check — no oil changes or filters. Every unit ships track-tested, with tip-over and kickstand motor cutoffs.

How do you support distributors after the sale?

The distributor program includes spare parts and training for your shop, marketing materials (images, videos, and brochures), and referred customers — we route the buyers in your area who contact us straight to you.

What are the payment terms?
