The PH12C uses a ZS CB250RL air-cooled engine with electric start. The power feels easy to manage, which helps when you’re riding mixed terrain or just getting used to the bike. The PWK34 carb keeps the throttle response fairly direct without feeling too sharp.

It’s around 103kg, so moving the bike around or picking a line on a narrow trail doesn’t take much effort. Riders who prefer something lighter usually find this weight easier to get along with.

The seat height is about 880mm. It’s tall enough to see ahead clearly, but still manageable for most riders who are used to off-road bikes. The ground clearance is roughly 330mm, which gives some space when you’re going over small rocks or uneven spots without thinking too much about it.

The suspension is adjustable on both ends. This helps if you ride different types of trails—you can soften it a little for slower, technical areas or make it firmer when you want more support.
